We are a family of five living in Hungary (a country of the size of Oregon in the middle of Europe) also affected by abuse of the local variety of CPS. We were shocked when we first had to face this bunch of lying, extorting bureaucrats. We thought that it must be because we live in a post-communist country, where such things may happen. The second shock came when we realized that the same problems exist throughout the Western countries as well.
